Teaching Assistant Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support learners, providing curriculum-based support in the classroom and through home tuition, outreach, and outdoor activities.
- Assist in preparing learning materials and contribute to achieving learning objectives, with a strong emphasis on behavioural management.
- Maintain daily reports on learners' progress and address any barriers to learning.
- Regularly communicate and interact with parents and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to education.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrates a committed and passionate approach to supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- A minimum of two years' experience in a SEND environment or similar educational setting.
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is advantageous.

The provision is a co-educational school that provides a supportive and personalised education programme for pupils aged between 5-17.
