About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading by example, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts and support colleagues in delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Maximize sales by leveraging team members' strengths and talents
  • Train and accredit new Baristas to ensure high-quality service
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share knowledge with the team
  • Drive high standards in every aspect of store operations

About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for coffee and people, who is reliable, team-oriented, and eager to take on shared responsibility. If you're a natural leader with a can-do attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
