Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-volume recruitment strategies to meet divisional needs
  • Collaborate with regional recruiters to enhance attraction activities and conversion rates
  • Manage attraction budgets and ensure adherence to marketing and branding standards
  • Oversee a small team of regional recruiters, guiding their development and fostering individual growth

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in high-volume recruitment, with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment cycle and ability to identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Strong team management, organisational, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to interpret and utilise data, tailor presentations for diverse audiences, and report recruitment performance against KPIs
