Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing and onboarding high-quality care professionals to enhance the experience of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to improve conversion rates and attract top talent in the social care sector.
- Manage attraction budgets and ensure adherence to marketing and branding standards.
- Oversee a small team of regional recruiters, guiding their attraction activities and fostering individual development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to influence recruitment decisions and contribute to the organization's commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in high-volume recruitment, with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment cycle and ability to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Strong team management, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interpret and utilize data, tailor presentations for diverse audiences, and report recruitment performance against KPIs.
