  • Maintain client files accurately and consistently, ensuring proper documentation and communication in accordance with company workflows and procedures.
  • Compose professional business correspondence, including letters and emails, to support client relationships and agency operations.
  • Perform accounting and math-related functions, such as invoicing and premium allocation, to support client services.
  • Monitor claims and maintain up-to-date information in the system, providing guidance and assistance to clients as needed.
  • Interact with others effectively, utilizing good communication skills and cooperating to achieve company goals.
  • Attend client meetings and assist coworkers in responding to client inquiries and processing work.
  • Manage client accounts, including policy review, changes, and updates, as well as contract review and certificate processing.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide timely service, counseling and advising on coverage and exposure.
  • Actively seek referrals and solicit new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with insurance company partners.

Requirements:


  • Effective presentation skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with ability to learn other software programs.
  • Alignment with the firm's core values and corporate culture.
  • State insurance license(s), as required, with ability to obtain licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Commercial Account Manager role.
