Job Description

As a Social Housing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housing programs, ensuring efficiency and compliance. This role involves developing and implementing housing policies and procedures, managing budgets and financial plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and supervising staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social housing and experience in large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement housing policies and procedures
  • Manage budgets and financial plans for housing programs
  • Coordinate with government agencies, non-profits, and other stakeholders

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social housing regulations and laws, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. Salary: £120,000 + package per annum, based in South London and Surrounding Areas.

Main Scope of Works:

  • Main scope of works is large blocks of flats which they need to refurb Kitchen, Bathrooms, Painting, Cladding etc. Ranging £50M - £100M social housing frameworks.
