Telecoms Sales and Partnerships Lead

We are seeking an experienced Telecoms Sales and Partnerships Lead to join our dynamic sales team at Omega Resource Group. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and new business development.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on high-value partnerships and revenue streams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions and resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record as a Business Development Manager, with at least 5 years of experience in the Telecoms sector. You should be a proactive, ambitious, and forward-thinking sales professional with excellent initiative execution skills. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and engaging, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
As a Telecoms Sales and Partnerships Lead at Omega Resource Group, you can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 circa, plus a company car or car allowance and a commission package.
