Role Overview:
The Sales Manager for Mortars, Plasters & Insulation Systems will be responsible for:
- Selling a premium range of mortars, plasters, and insulation products.
- Engaging primarily with developers, social housing entities, landlords, architects, specifiers, and contractors.
- Managing key accounts with leading builders' merchants and stockists.
- Ensuring all sales are facilitated through established distribution channels.
- Achieving targets based on individual experience and market conditions.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven sales experience within the construction sector.
- Consideration for candidates currently in merchant roles.
- A background in insulation products is preferred, but other building materials will be considered.
- Understanding of back-selling through stockists and merchants.
