Technical Support Specialist

CV Screen is seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support services to our clients.
We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a network consultancy or IT services environment, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft domain infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and work with a diverse range of clients, providing technical support and implementing network solutions that meet their needs.
We offer a competitive salary up to £42,000, plus excellent benefits, including full support for professional development with structured training and salary reviews.
Job Description:
- Provide technical support, assisting with client projects and resolving network-related issues.
- Implement and migrate Windows Servers, as well as perform regular upgrades.
- Support Microsoft 365 and cloud environments, including Azure and AWS.
- Offer excellent customer service and occasional onsite support for client projects.
