Key Responsibilities:- Control System Design: Design and develop electronic control systems for products and machinery, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety.
- Embedded Systems Development: Develop, program, and test embedded systems, including microcontrollers, DSPs, FPGAs, and other programmable logic devices.
- Circuit Design and Analysis: Design analog and digital circuits for control systems, including schematic capture, simulation, and PCB layout.
- Sensor and Actuator Integration: Integrate sensors, actuators, and other hardware components into control systems, ensuring seamless communication and functionality.
- Software Development: Develop control algorithms and software for real-time applications using languages such as C, C++, Python, or MATLAB.
- Testing and Validation: Perform simulations, prototyping, and testing to validate system performance and troubleshoot issues. Conduct hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing when necessary.
- System Optimization: Analyze and improve control system performance, reliability, and efficiency. Provide recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, software) and departments (manufacturing, quality, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, test reports, and user manuals.
- Compliance: Ensure all control systems meet industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in designing and developing control systems in an industrial, automotive, aerospace, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in control systems theory and applications. Strong knowledge of embedded programming languages (C, C++, Python, etc.). Experience with CAD tools for circuit design and simulation (e.g., Altium, Eagle). Hands-on experience with testing and debugging tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.). Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, I2C, SPI).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
