About the Job

As the Global Learning Leader, you will be responsible for establishing and executing a cohesive strategy that aligns with the mission and objectives of International Education. Your role will involve representing International Education at global forums, advocating for best practices and innovative educational solutions.

You will identify, evaluate, and communicate emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in global education to inform internal decision-making. Rigorous research and data analysis programmes will be under your oversight, supporting strategic decisions and providing evidence for impactful initiatives.

Cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partnerships is crucial to support the delivery of a high-quality Education Futures strategy. You will also establish data-driven practices in product and service development, embedding strategic analytics and AI capabilities across operations.

  • Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, based on experience
  • Master's degree in Education or equivalent experience in International Development, or a related field;
  • Extensive and demonstrable experience in educational leadership, program management, or a similar role within an international context.
  • Deep understanding of global education issues, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and demonstrate impact.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
