About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cafe Front of House Team Member to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our café team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring a welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers, resolving any complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Food Safety and Quality: Maintain high standards of food freshness and adhere to food safety regulations, ensuring that all food is stored and prepared safely.
- Task Management: Plan and organize tasks efficiently, including clearing and sanitizing tables, accepting deliveries, and storing food safely.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain a strong knowledge of our menu offerings and ensure that all customers receive accurate information about our products.
