About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable individual who can deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages. As a Logistics Courier, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering mail and parcels to customers across various locations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver mail and parcels to customers in a safe and timely manner
• Utilise a handheld device to obtain customer signatures and receive routing instructions
• Work efficiently in a physically demanding environment, occasionally using a trolley for transport
• Drive safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points (a clean license is preferable)
• Prior delivery or driving experience is advantageous, but not obligatory
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing good customer service
• Commitment to safe and responsible driving practices
