Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Design Verification Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our IC development team, you will be responsible for defining and executing IC verification plans, leading teams of verification engineers, and contributing to the development of digital verification methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define IC Verification Plan: Develop and execute IC verification plans that link product requirements to detailed test cases.
  • Lead Verification Teams: Lead teams of verification engineers to deliver thoroughly verified ICs.
  • Create Reliable Testbenches: Design and develop reliable and reusable testbenches for complex subsystems and ICs.
  • Participate in Verification Specialist Groups: Contribute to digital verification methodology discussions and participate in verification specialist groups.
  • Hands-on Project Design/Verification: Participate in hands-on project design and verification involvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Metric-Driven Verification: Experience with metric-driven verification, including verification planning, requirements extraction, and directed and constrained random verification.
  • SystemVerilog Testbench Design: Proficiency in SystemVerilog testbench design with verification frameworks like UVM/OVM, e, and VMM.
  • Debugging Skills: Strong debugging skills, including RTL, testbench, and OOP debugging.
  • Formal Verification: Experience with formal verification and verification qualification techniques.
  • Scripting Experience: Proficiency in scripting languages like Ruby, sh/csh, TCL, Make, and Perl.
