About the Role
  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and maintaining high-quality food preparation standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and creativity.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen staff to deliver consistent culinary excellence and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and maintain optimal food cost management practices.
  • Ensure the kitchen adheres to strict food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for food quality, presentation, and creativity.
  • Sound knowledge of kitchen operations, stock management, and food safety regulations.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as required by the business.
