Benefits Coordinator

CK Group is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join a global pharmaceutical company in Chester on a contract basis for 12 months. The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and a second language, either Italian or Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and administer day-to-day activities related to benefit plan eligibility, enrollments, status changes, terminations, and claims.
Complete annual Benefit Surveys.
Requirements:
General knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes, regional Employment Laws, and Benefits legislative requirements for the relevant region.
Practical operational experience of other HR processes, e.g., talent acquisition, payroll, performance.
Experience working within an HR Shared Services delivery model.
Experience working with current BMS HR and Benefits enabling systems: Workday, ServiceNow, Darwin, Morneau Shepell's Ariel.
