Electrical Plant Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Electrical Plant Maintenance Engineer to join their client's dynamic Engineering Team in Wednesfield. This permanent role offers a competitive salary and the chance to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment that values your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, program, and troubleshoot electrical drive systems, particularly Siemens and Allen Bradley
  • Modify PLC electrical programs and resolve faults effectively
  • Ensure plant operations meet top-notch quality and customer service targets
  • Maintain high compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide fast and efficient engineering services, addressing quality and safety issues immediately
  • Record and report maintenance activities using management systems
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant electrical trade, or completion of a recognised apprenticeship
  • Strong industrial background, qualified to 18th Edition IEE standards with BTEC ONC / HNC level or equivalent
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance, especially in commercial or heavy engineering environments
  • Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to continuous development
