Electrical Plant Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Plant Maintenance Engineer to join our client's dynamic Engineering Team in Wednesfield. This permanent role offers a competitive salary and the chance to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment that values your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, program, and troubleshoot electrical drive systems, particularly Siemens and Allen Bradley
  • Modify PLC electrical programs and resolve faults effectively
  • Ensure plant operations meet top-notch quality and customer service targets
  • Maintain high compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide fast and efficient engineering services, addressing quality and safety issues immediately
  • Record and report maintenance activities using management systems

What We're Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Plant Maintenance
  • Proven experience in electrical drive systems and PLC programming
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum (including shift allowance) + Quarterly and Annual Bonuses
  • Permanent role with a 3-Tier Shift Pattern (early, mid, late)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday
