As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for picking orders within our coldstore, using our app to update customers' deliveries, and undertaking pre-shift inspections of your van.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner
  • Pick orders within the coldstore
  • Use our app to update customers' deliveries
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van
  • Drive safely, responsibly, and within the law
  • Clean and refuel your van as needed
  • Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
  • Ensure customer confidentiality
  • Help the office team and picking team when required
  • Report health and safety, stock quality, and mechanical issues

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service-based role
  • Full UK manual driving license
  • Basic computer literacy, including use of phone apps
  • Evidence of work stability
  • Basic secondary education

Personal Qualities

  • Friendly, approachable, and reliable
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Good attendance and timekeeping

Important Note

This role involves working with elderly and vulnerable customers, and as such, is exempt from The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. A Standard DBS Disclosure is required.
