We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager to join our HR team at Hill Dickinson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our reward and benefits strategy, ensuring that we remain competitive in the market and attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the cyclical reward and benefits renewal process, ensuring that all schemes are up-to-date and compliant with relevant legislation.
- Plan, develop, and deliver the annual reward and benefit programme, with active promotion of the firm's benefits to employees.
- Analyze reward and benefit provider scheme and membership data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage the UK benefit portal and the benefit broker account management relationship, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Office Heads and other Central Services Teams.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of benefit offerings, research competitors, and propose new benefits that align with the firm's values.
- Ensure that all benefit schemes comply with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience of managing reward and benefits in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrable passion for client service and delivery of results.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to develop strategy and make confident decisions.
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and recommend change.
- Ability to engage and gain credibility with stakeholders, including employees and partners.

- Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and best practices in reward and benefits.
