Natural Resources Program Manager Position

We are looking for an experienced Natural Resources Program Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing project controls approaches across projects, programs, and portfolios, and ensuring scope, cost, risk, and schedule integration and alignment.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in the application of several Project Controls disciplines, including Planning, Cost Estimation, Cost Management, Risk Management, and Reporting. They will also possess practical experience in integrating Project Controls disciplines and assessing the maturity of a team and ways of working.

In this role, you will work closely with our Integrated Project Team to establish a robust Performance Measurement Baseline and manage the change control process. You will also drive continuous improvement in project controls processes and train and coach clients and less experienced team members on performance and reporting management processes and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining and implementing project controls approaches across projects, programs, and portfolios
  • Ensuring scope, cost, risk, and schedule integration and alignment
  • Driving continuous improvement in project controls processes
  • Training and coaching clients and less experienced team members

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in multiple Project Controls disciplines
  • Practical experience in integrating Project Controls disciplines
  • Experience in using some Project Controls software
