Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
