Job Summary:
We are working with a well-established and fast-growing business who are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their close-knit team. This role offers the prospect of hybrid/flexible working and the opportunity to work with a variety of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll from client information and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, liaising on payroll and associated queries to provide a high level of customer service.
- Provide a support service to other departments on client payroll and PAYE matters, including handling client data and preparing reports and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and concise record systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the Payroll Solutions team and deal with ad hoc queries from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage internal relationships and deal with third-party queries, including HMRC.
Requirements:
- Hard working and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Happy to help others with whatever is needed to get the job done and demonstrate a flexible approach to work.
- Flexible and able to work overtime during busy periods.
- Friendly and able to provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Good customer service ability and proven ability to be accurate.
