We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to join our team at Trusted Technology Partnership Ltd. As an IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our IT service delivery team and ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the IT service delivery team to ensure that services are delivered to the highest standards
* Develop and implement service management processes and procedures
* Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met and exceeded
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure that IT services are aligned with business objectives
What We Offer:
* Ongoing training and support
* Company Profit Share (first £3,600 is tax free)
