Job Summary:

Pertemps Bond is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Complaints Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers, resolving queries and complaints in a professional manner, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and resolving their queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Using multiple computer systems to update customer records, track parcels, and record call details
  • Working to individual call quality and volume KPIs, as well as supporting team members to achieve the desired company goals
  • Providing a first-time resolution wherever possible and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience, preferably in a complaints handling role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet individual and team performance targets
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using multiple software systems
