Classroom Manager

At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a skilled Classroom Manager to oversee classrooms in the absence of regular teachers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to adapt to different environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classrooms, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress.
- Maintain a safe and productive learning environment, adhering to school policies.
- Support students with their learning needs and provide administrative assistance as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
- Patience and a positive attitude toward supporting students.
- Flexibility to work on short notice when required.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
