Job Summary:

The Retail Match Day Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional game-day experiences for fans. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive results through effective team building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the front-line selling effort to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Training and developing employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Maintaining a positive work environment by providing constructive feedback and recognition to employees.
  • Ensuring all working units are adequately prepared for game-day events.
  • Coordinating staff schedules and distribution to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
