Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work with a SEND pupil in a partner school in the Northampton area. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and passionate about education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with Special Educational Needs
  • Prepare tailored classroom resources
  • Run 1:1 and small group sessions

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people with Special Educational Needs
  • Proactive and organised
  • Passion and drive for education
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Confidence in supporting students 1:1

Additional Requirements:

  • UK residency for at least 3 months
  • Valid Right to Work documents
  • Relevant UK school experience
