About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team at Spindogs. As a key member of our digital team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Your main responsibility will be working closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop comprehensive project plans that meet their objectives. You'll need to be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standard.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in digital project management, ideally with experience in the agency sector. You should be familiar with at least one content management platform, such as WordPress, and have a good understanding of the digital marketing mix.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
