About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects across the full project lifecycle - from discovery and design to development, testing, and final launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading project teams and client stakeholders through the entire project lifecycle.
- Managing project timelines and budgets for large-scale initiatives.
- Facilitating and leading internal and external meetings.
- Planning, creating, and communicating scopes of work and project specifications in collaboration with the delivery team.
- Managing scope changes and providing effective change management.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation in project management software, including tasks, schedules, and time tracking.
- Ensuring delivery against relevant KPIs and objectives.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and working with client strategists to roadmap future plans.
- Identifying opportunities for additional projects that provide value to clients.
- Leading debrief meetings to ensure key learnings are carried forward to future projects.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering projects in a digital agency environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience working with clients in a consultative capacity.
