Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Surrey, UK. As a key member of our technical consultancy, you will be responsible for developing effective technology solutions for our UK government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex real-world systems using C++ and Java
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the success of new projects
  • Mentor junior team members and drive the direction of new projects
  • Nurture relationships with clients and communicate progress through written reports and presentations

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in C++ and Java software development
  • Exposure to large codebases managed by source control systems such as Subversion or Git
  • Ability to obtain high levels of security clearance due to the sensitive nature of some of the work undertaken by our client
