Job Title: Senior Software Engineer I

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer I to lead our software engineering team in London. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of software engineers and working closely with other department heads to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of software engineers and provide guidance on technical direction and architecture.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure effective communication and coordination across teams.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to identify and prioritize technical projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects and meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a software engineer with a strong background in backend development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of NodeJs, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and Python.
  • Experience managing teams of 20+ software engineers.
