Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training sessions to lifeboat crews across the UK and Ireland.
  • Collaborate with volunteers and staff to develop and deliver training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.

A salary of £38,000 - £45,000 is available for this challenging and rewarding role, which requires a high level of physical fitness and ability to work well under pressure.
