Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join the RNLI as a Lifeboat Crew Trainer in Poole. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maritime training and a passion for delivering high-quality training to lifeboat crews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training sessions to lifeboat crews across the UK and Ireland.
  • Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.

A competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 is available for this challenging and rewarding role, which requires a high level of physical fitness and ability to work well under pressure.
