Finance Administrator

Kenton Black Finance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Match purchase invoices to POs and input all purchase invoices
- Provide staff training, including CSCS and SMSTS
- Answer phone calls and respond to queries
- Manage wages, holiday/absent log, and issue forms
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, new phone contracts, and utilities
- Order PPE, uniforms, and stationery
- Perform PAT testing and assist with IT issues
- Support the MD as needed
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Take ownership and be organized
- Reliable and proficient in Excel and Word
- Sage 50 experience is advantageous
Kenton Black Finance is a professional team providing bespoke installations, fit-outs, and refurbishment services. This is a full-time and permanent position with flexible working hours and the option to work from home on Fridays.
