Law Firm Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Law Firm Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administrative support, document production, and diary management, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Role
  • Coordinating the daily operations of a litigation boutique firm, ensuring seamless delivery of services
  • Handling all communications and correspondence, both internally and externally
  • Providing exceptional support to senior partners, including document production and diary management
  • Liaising with clients and maintaining effective relationships
  • Accurately recording time and managing billing processes
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in administrative support, document production, and diary management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High IT proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
Compensation and Benefits
