We are seeking a skilled Aquatic Educator to join our team at We Are Swim, delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years old across the UK.

As an Aquatic Educator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging swimming programs that inspire children to develop their skills through fun and interactive lessons. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer experiences for swimmers and their parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver lesson plans that integrate program reward schemes and ensure safe equipment provision
  • Evaluate swimmer abilities and encourage them to reach their full potential by identifying areas for improvement
  • Provide clear explanations and demonstrations of modern swimming techniques
  • Assess each swimmer's progress and provide regular feedback to help them improve
  • Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages swimmers to develop their skills
  • Evaluate sessions and provide constructive feedback to continually improve teaching methods

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt to different learner needs
  • Possess relevant qualifications and experience in swimming instruction
