Job Responsibilities

As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and contributing to the overall success of the Neurosciences department. Your key duties will include:
  • Supporting the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse/Senior ODP in their absence.
  • Leading clinical shifts and making informed decisions regarding patient care.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess:
  • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse (appropriate to branch).
  • Diploma in a health-related field and willingness to pursue degree-level studies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
