We're seeking a skilled Category Strategist to turn category and shopper data into actionable insights that create real value for our retail partners.
Reporting to the Senior Category Manager, this role is ideal for someone with experience in Category Management, ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Deliver monthly updates to accounts and analyse performance to provide an insightful perspective.
- Optimise range and space through active review of customer and market data.
- Identify risks and opportunities with distribution and rate of sale, making recommendations on promotional strategies and new product development.
About You:
- You're a great communicator who can turn data into engaging narratives.
- Proven success in delivering insight-led projects and driving value in your business.
- Able to forge long-lasting internal and external partnerships, creating customer-centric solutions.
- Flexible work approach, willing to work from our Banbury office or in a hybrid set-up (minimum 3 days in-office).
