Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Disorder Investigator to join our team at DigiKape Resourcing. As a key member of our Tenancy Services Section, you will be responsible for managing all anti-social behaviour in accordance with the Council's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate cases of anti-social behaviour and work to resolve them, providing intensive support to council tenants and leaseholders as necessary.
  • Agree and implement courses of action in conjunction with all relevant agencies/parties.
  • Deal with all correspondence and recommend appropriate legal action, including preparing and serving warnings, Notices, Acceptable Behavioural Contracts and Injunctions.
Requirements
  • Preferred experience of working on QL Housing management System.
  • To be a key member of the Tenancy Services Section, responsible for the management of all anti-social behaviour in accordance with the Council's policies and procedures.
  • Support the Council's move to a more place-based approach, working to instill community cohesion and community pride, working with and alongside residents to tackle issues and bring about positive change.

Salary: £15.86 per hour.
