Job Summary

As a Specialty Doctor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality mental health services to adults in community settings. You will work closely with Consultants and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans, promoting recovery and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality clinical services to adults in community settings
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and evaluating patient progress
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to junior doctors and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on patient progress and outcomes
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £59,175 - £95,400 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a relocation package of up to £8,000, a comprehensive pension scheme, and access to a study leave budget.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in mental health services, preferably in adult community settings
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
