We are seeking a highly skilled Power Electronics Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our automotive engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing high-voltage systems and power electronics solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Debugging and Analysis: Conduct thorough debugging and analysis of circuits and systems to identify and resolve issues.
- System Design and Development: Design and develop high-voltage systems and power electronics solutions that meet the requirements of our clients.
- Data Analysis: Analyze custom data and battery charge systems to optimize system performance.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports and communicate complex technical information to team members and management.
Requirements:
- Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively tackle engineering challenges.
- Mathematical and Computational Skills: Have excellent mathematical and computational skills to develop accurate models and simulations.
- Design and Analysis Software: Be proficient in using design and analysis software specific to power electronics applications.
- Communication and Teamwork: Possess excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly and work collaboratively in teams.
- Attention to Detail: Have a keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to design and troubleshooting.
- Resilience and Enthusiasm: Be a resilient and enthusiastic individual who responds constructively to new ideas and inputs.
Desirable Skills:
- Vector Software: Have experience using Vector software (CANoe and CANape) to log CAN data and analyze signals.
- Debugging and Commissioning: Possess knowledge of debugging and commissioning processes.
- Fault Finding: Have experience in fault finding and identifying and documenting statuses.
- Integration: Be able to take part in full integration of all electrical content of REE's platforms and vehicles.
