Job Description

**Electronics Engineer Role**

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team at Matchtech. As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electronic systems and products, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design and develop electronic systems and products, including circuit design, component selection, and PCB layout.
  • Electrical Engineering: Design and develop electrical systems, including power and signal systems, with a focus on areas such as EMC, power management, and servo control.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity, with a focus on innovation and best practices.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with senior engineers, technical leads, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and other team members, overseeing development and training.
Requirements:
  • Education: Strong degree (or HND with proven experience) in a related discipline, typically with 18 months to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience: Experience working within project teams on multi-disciplinary projects with challenging goals.
  • Skills: Solid understanding of electrical and electronics designs, both theoretical and practical, with proficiency in producing electrical/electronic designs and technical drawings.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and strong time management skills.
