About the Role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Operations Teams as Degree Apprentices. As a degree apprentice, you will work in a supervisory role, overseeing the management of one or more processes across our operation. You will lead a small team of up to 20 associates on your shift and be responsible for ensuring customer orders are fulfilled per quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

As an apprentice, you will dedicate 20% of your working time to your apprenticeship studies, attending seminars, writing assignments, and completing other 'off-the-job' learning activities. You will develop subject matter expertise on all operations processes in your assigned department and create a safety culture by identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work environment.

Requirements

To be eligible for this program, you must:

  1. Have lived in the UK or in the EU for the last 3 years
  2. Have the right to work in the UK
  3. Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the program (36 months)
  4. Not be registered to study on a UK government funded course ending September 2025 or later
  5. You will be 18 years old or older before the contract start date (September 2025)
  6. You are able to read, understand, and communicate in English, and interact and engage comfortably with people at all levels of the business
  7. You can follow a list of guidelines and instructions (verbal or written) to deliver results and meet deadlines
  8. You are flexible, adaptable, and proactive, with a hands-on approach
  9. You have excellent customer facing skills and deliver impeccable customer service
  10. You seek and respond well to feedback

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
