Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Assurance Specialist to join our Technology Business Services Controls team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight and coordination of control activities, including scheme attestations and annual control testing schedules.
  • Supporting key stakeholders in making informed risk-based decisions.
About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with advanced communication skills, who can positively challenge and enable stakeholders in discharging their risk management accountabilities.

Requirements
  • Ability to work independently to monitor, interpret, and understand policies and procedures.
  • Experience in assurance activities, including control testing, and knowledge of cyber-related risks and issues.
  • Practiced in policy, standards, and process reviews, and adherence of first-line defense teams to these.

  • A competitive salary between £43,680 - £60,000 per annum.
