**Job Title:** Enterprise ICT Systems Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise ICT Systems Expert to join our team. As a key member of our ICT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all IT services, including servers, telephony, internet, print, VPN, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, manage, and maintain the day-to-day health and operation of Osprey servers, networks, telephony, enterprise software, and backup systems.
  • Schedule and manage timely upgrades and updates of software systems.
  • Support the identification and resolution of issues in a timely manner using appropriate resources, escalating where necessary.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party support providers.
  • Maintain records of all IT equipment, software, and licenses.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years working in a 3rd line support role, with experience working with and managing 3rd party service providers.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of corporate IT hardware and software.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus.
