Senior Associate - Infrastructure Finance Team

The Firm's Expertise

The firm is particularly noted for its expertise in infrastructure acquisition financings and refinancings, representing both infrastructure sponsors and finance providers. They have a strong track record of advising on complex transactions, including acquisition financings and refinancings, across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage Transactions: Lead and manage the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of infrastructure finance transactions, including acquisition financings and refinancings.
  • Expertise in Infrastructure Finance: Utilise your deep understanding of infrastructure finance, particularly in areas like bank lending, European institutional funding, US private placements, and structured financing platforms.
  • Supervision and Mentorship: As a Senior Associate, you will take on supervisory responsibilities, mentoring junior associates and trainees.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be UK qualified and between 3-8PQE with experience in infrastructure finance, including acquisition financings and refinancings, with a comprehensive understanding from both the lender and sponsor sides.
