AJ Chambers is seeking a skilled Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join our client, a high-growth, high-performance Top 50 international law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate and property finance, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial real estate and property finance matters, including property acquisition, investment, and bridging and development finance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with lender clients and associated professionals, ensuring trust, confidence, and reliability.
  • Identify and develop new relationships with lenders in the commercial lending market, attending exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote the company and build relationships.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing the market reputation of the business.
Requirements
  • A solicitor with commercial real estate experience, familiar with landlord and tenant work, property due diligence reviews, and reporting.
  • Strong people skills and ability to liaise with clients on a regular basis.
  • Interest in business development and forging new relationships.
  • Ability to meet challenges posed by clients with tight deadlines without compromising quality of work or service.
