Job Title: Care Professional
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Care Professional to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and adults with complex needs in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to clients, including PEG feeding, oral suctioning, and tracheostomy care
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the nursing team
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care work, preferably with complex care clients
- Ability to commit to a minimum of two shifts per week
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Enhanced DBS check and professional references
