About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team in West Norfolk. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating others to provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

You will work closely with our home managers to oversee the day-to-day supervision of staff and ensure that our residents receive the best possible care. Your natural ability to lead and motivate others will be essential in building strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting others and who shares our core values of caring completely, collaborating proactively, acting with integrity, pursuing better, and making it happen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate others to provide high-quality, person-centred care
  • Work closely with home managers to oversee the day-to-day supervision of staff
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and community health and social care professionals
  • Champion our residents' independence and provide creative solutions to empower them to make informed choices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across West Norfolk
  • Passion for supporting others and sharing our core values
